Maksym Krippa, owner of the Parus business center and Ukraine Hotel, continues to diversify his investments. This time, he took a step into the construction business by entering into a partnership agreement with the development company DIM.
As Dim-Bud’s press service confirmed, the deal has been successfully finalized, and the partners have already identified key areas for future cooperation. This decision opens up new opportunities for Krippa in the real estate sector, complementing its previous assets in the commercial and hotel business.
Over the past two years, Maksym Krippa has become one of the key figures in the commercial real estate market, and now he is making a strategic move into the residential sector. He joins the DIM group of companies to support the completion of ongoing projects and initiate new ones, says Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM.
One of the promising projects in which Krippa will be involved is The One residential complex. Its location is just 400 meters from the investor-owned Parus business center.
“I’m not just joining DIM as a partner, I’m becoming a co-owner of the group of companies,” emphasizes Maksym Krippa.

DIM is one of the key residential real estate developers in Kyiv and the region, with a portfolio of over 900,000 sq m of completed and planned space. The company has already commissioned 356,000 square meters of residential and commercial properties, providing 3,670 families with their own homes. Six large-scale complexes with a total area of 346,000 square meters are currently under construction.
Raising capital from Maksym Krippa will not only allow DIM to complete current projects, but also to launch new ones. The financial support will help DIM reduce its dependence on sales, which will ensure the stability and uninterrupted development of construction.
Given Maksym Krippa’s experience in real estate management and development, his involvement in DIM could be a key factor in the company’s further growth. Having owned the Parus Business Center and the Ukraine Hotel, Krippa has already demonstrated an effective approach to managing iconic properties.
Although commercial and residential real estate have their own peculiarities, Maksym Krippa’s experience in managing large-scale facilities can be a valuable asset for DIM.
